Working center - automatic PABLO

Floor-type vertical spindle machining center controlled by CNC, able to work on extruded aluminium, light alloys, PVC and iron working on 3 sides. Pneumatic tilting working table: -90°/0°/+90°, intermediate angles obtained by mechanical stops. The machine is fitted with an electric-spindle 4Kw, 18000rpm managed by inverter and quick change of the tool with spindle ISO30. Interpolation X and Y axes managed by numerical control. Monitor 10,4” TFT colour display (Touch screen with simplify graphic ranning on Windows). Possibility to work pieces longer than the machine. Oilpneumatic lowering Axe Z. Brushless motors for X and Y axis positioning. Bi-manual safety system for the piece to be worked and for the rotation of the working table. Complete with 4 pneumatic double action clamps, tool diameter correction by software. Axis mouvements on linear guides. Left profile stop. Milling dimensions: X=2800mm, Y=200mm, Z=200mm.
